Family BBQ/Pool Party

We had a really fun party with some of our main street family members tonight! We enjoyed hot dogs, chips, cookies, watermelon and pop for dinner along with some swimming to break in our newly finished swimming pool and hot tub!

Family Side Swimming Pool

The Family side has an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub for your use. It is beautifully refreshing on those hot days and the hot tub so warming on those chilly nights. The pool hours are 9am-10pm daily. The pool house is equipped with restrooms, changing area and a shower.

Rah, Rah, Rah!

I scream, you scream, we ALL scream for ice cream! FAMILY RESIDENTS, come by the office Wednesday June 10-20, between 9-6 to get a FREE ICE CREAM. Let us say thank you for being such great residents :)

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom in a 2 bed. 2 bath. apartment has 2 walk-in closets, a large window and a private bathroom. Phone lines and TV hookups are also within the room.

Village Library (Senior)

Come and enjoy this peaceful, cozy room with your family or friends for a visit, or a movie. Put a puzzle together over the span of a few days or just to read a good book.

Access Card Security

The building locks down each evening and your access card will allow you entry. Guests may call you on the phone and can be buzzed in. Custom wall painting by Roger Cushing!

Laundry Hook-ups

Each apartment has (electric) laundry hook-ups for your washer and dryer. Bi-fold doors close the space off when not in use. A large shelf is mounted above to hold supplies and extra things. Don't have your own washer and dryer? We offer coin operated washers and dryers in the building for your convenience.

Bathrooms

We offer one and two bathroom apartments.
Below is a picture of the very spacious, private master bathroom available in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom.

The vanity offers nice counter space including under sink storage a bank of drawers and a large mirror. Most of the bathrooms will come with a bathtub/shower combo and some on our senior side will have a stand-up shower. We also offer roll-in showers in our handicap apartments.

Both bathrooms are spacious with cabinets mounted on the wall above the toilet for extra storage. The main bathroom is connected to the kitchen and the bedroom.

There are large open storage shelves behind the bathroom door with plenty of space to store your things.

The view from the kitchen is open to the dining and living room. Great for entertaining or keeping an eye on the children.

Kitchen

All of our kitchens at the Village on Main are the same floor plan. Each comes with a pantry, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge and range. Plenty of space to cook up your favorite recipes! Perfect space for bar stools.
The flooring is ceramic tile and easy to clean. Cabinets are made from hardwood with easy to wipe out shelves.

Main Street (Family Side) Fitness Room

Your access card will enter you into the Fitness Room featuring:
Brand new Precor fitness equipment. . . all included in your rent!

Ab Pullup System. . .

Treadmill, wall of mirrors to check out your form and a large fan to cool you down! All while watching the flat screen tv.

Elliptical and stationary bike.

Enjoy the 3 Set weight system, free weight bench, dumbell tower and treadmill. After your workout enjoy a coke from the machine!

Village Activity Center (Senior)

The Village Activity Center, V.A.C., for our Seniors, is a beautiful gathering place with brand new furnishings! A 65" HDTV (with DIRECTV) adorns the top of the fireplace for great entertainment.

This room is large, bright and sunny during the day and private in the evenings. A great place for our FRIDAY NIGHT MOVIES with the Sr. Residents. You will find a COMPUTER with the INTERNET just waiting to be used.

V.A.C. Kitchen- Has everything needed to prepare and serve food and treats :)

Kitchen has a large pass-through window.

FITNESS ROOM:
There are 5 different pieces of fitness equipment to help keep you in shape and a flat screen tv to watch while you do it!

Children love playing at the playground and on the grass!

Village Sun Deck (Senior)

After swimming in the pool come outside to the patio for some fun in the sun! Enjoy the tables and chairs to sit under the umbrella for lunch or to look at a magazine :)

Interior Hallways

Main Street halls are painted with warm, bright colors. The halls are divided with glass doors between the Village side and Main Street side.Village hallways are adorned with pictures and custom art.

DVD Rentals

Located just inside the center, back doors of the building is a DVD Rental machine. The cost is only $1 per day! You can choose to either rent the movie or buy it for $25. The movies are due by 7:00pm the next evening or keep it another day for only $1. Right now we are offering a free code to use for a movie. The free code is taped to the front of the machine. ENJOY!

Parking

Each apartment has an assigned, covered parking spot to protect your car from the elements. *There are plenty of uncovered parking spots for a second car or guests.
